Usually they are extremely insane, depressed, and neurotically focused on passing. They often are attacking trans women on the internet, at times exceedingly drunk, and if you befriend them they are basically crying constantly any time they're not performing for an audience. I personally haven't ever met a stable hrt femboy who opened up to me as a friend and wasn't a complete mess of a person and also desperately wanting to be a woman. Thay's just my experience. Plus the majority of them transition fully before too long, especially once they have a suport system. HRT Femboys just seem like an unstable subset of trans women in general.
