That's not how it works. You don't just malefail from HRT alone without any effort. You have to actually figure out how women groom themselves and dress themselves, figure out body language, and also voice train. Society is not just going to forcefem you because you skin looks a little bit softer.

Depends on how tall you are. At a certain height you just don't malefail even though you could pass with female clothes
