You walk at 3mph (4 in the book), if you slow down, a timer starts counting down from 120 seconds. If that timer reaches 0, you get shot. You get a warning every 30 seconds. Walk for an hour above the target speed and you lose a warning.Your prize, if you win, would be a full body rebuild - fully functional genitals, look however you want, hell even change your age if you want.
