>>41279932It's like anything, getting results is satisfying, understanding things on a fundamental level allows you to abstract better, math gives you an insight on the workings of reality, it can be applied to many things and it's basically endless, pondering about the nature of numbers is exciting, getting to the realization that all math is connected in some form and playing with the many ways of representing common models is satisfying. With programming you can instruct a super fast machine to follow a set of instructions, which at some point can help you create your own complex programs.
