I did voice training with a professional voice coach for a year and I made really good progress at first, but it brought up very complicated feelings and I regressed and eventually dropped it. I feel genuinely a bit traumatized by it, has anyone here been through something similar and managed to pick it back up? I want to start again but I'd want to do it on my own this time and I'm worried about failing again and feeling worse
