is the hrt "menstruation cycle" thing real or is it a reddithon psyop?
>>41293499it is real! im mtf and one time my cramps were so strong my gf and i had to stop frotting cause i felt like i was gonna throw up
You will always be a real woman. You have no womb, you have no ovaries, you have no eggs, but that doesn't matter. You are a valid human who is trying to feel comfortable in her body. All the “validation” you get is pure. Behind your back people love you. Your parents are happy and proud of you, your friends laugh at your jokes behind closed doors, and boys love you, and girls envy you. Men absolutely love you. Trans folk who “pass” look ordinary and natural to a man. Your bone structure does not matter. Estradiol widens the hips. You will be happy. You will smile every single morning and tell yourself it’s going to be ok, and deep inside you feel the euphoria creeping up like a weed. It is what defines you, not the transphobes. Eventually, it’ll be perfect for you - you’ll come out, start HRT, get top surgery, and finally be your ideal self. Your parents will find you, happy and relieved that they finally have a happy daughter. They’ll congratulate you on your hard journey, and every passerby for the rest of eternity will know a woman is what you are.
>>41293505see now this just reads like a jerk and I'm too autistic to tell whether you're being truthful or not
>>41293499given that im an afab with extremely low estrogen and i get more painful cramps than women WITH estrogen i doubt it lol its not just hormones its the actual uterus
>>41293523I meant more like, the emotional side of it which I'm told is a thing
>>41293499menstruation doesn't happen for trannies for obvious reasonsPMS-like symptoms may happen if your injection cycle is long enough to allow for levels to fluctuate but it is NOT PMS obviously and you'll sound like a retard if you call it that
>>41293518Im being truthful :( it hurt a lot
>>41293499The uterus has little bearing on period symptoms aside from the actual bleeding, it mostly comes from the hypothalamus and hormones like estrogen and progesterone so while you can't menstruate you will still often have a hormonal cycle that can colloquially be referred to as a period.
I've been on estrogen for 1 year (2mg tablets, 6mg/day) and have never experienced anything like a period. The cramping is caused by uterine lining being shed. sorry :(
>>41293523I'm sure some of them are actually getting period cramps, a very high amount of trans people is intersex and i imagine quite a few have undiagnosed PMDS, part of it is a meme, but i imagine some of it isnt
>>41293499all menstral cycles are reddithon psyops
>>41293607it's not, the emotional side is more a side effect of the hormonal cycle wich is very different for trannies. Look at any period hormones graph and youll get it
>>41294636this is especially true when you consider that quite a few trans people report having low T levels pre-HRT, and how a lot of them had cryptorchidism or hypospadias when younger, and that there's a significant overlap between the ones that claim to feel a period and those that fit these criteria (low T+cryptorchidism/hypospadias or pre-HRT puberty delays or underdevelopment etc etc.)I'd also take a look at meyers-powers syndrome, powers's paper is getting published pretty soon about it and transexualism might actually get put back in the next ICD version under meyers-powers syndrome in the DSD section
>>41293499It's cope by clueless naive girls who get hondose injections from their evil endocrinologists
