how do i measure my bideltoid and hip ratio and stuff, and where can i compare them to the cis men/women average?

i didnt want to measure them at first cuz i know i'll just feel bad afterwards, but now i'm getting fatter and feeling like i wont live as a permabrickhon anymore

don’t worry unless height / bidelt is below 4

or bidelt / hip breadth < 0.75
>>
>>41296124
3.7
>>41296236
1.4
rlly hoping i get wide hips as i gain weight, or IM FINISHED (18.5 bmi)

3.67 its so over

meant to say hip / bidelt, that ratio seems good and shoulder:hip matters more than shoulder:height (the latter being mostly a cope for tall trannies)

i'm at 3.9 and my shoulders on pics are insanely huge, like im often the widest person on pics. Like my 1 foot taller bf seemingly has the same shoulders as me

oh so 0.71 then
ehh quite happy with the results, i knew i'd have to get used to my large shoulders, but hips are something that i can change by working out and eating better

im like 2 months into hrt, so theres def a lot that i can change
