Can a male to female transexual achieve this body with surgery? How can I deal with my one piece gender dysphoria/extreme body type gender dysphoria? Since even if other stuff is good after surgery, I can't get bigger breasts for a while? Plus healing time and weight gain/loss cycles. Bonus question: how do non transexual males cope with this dysphoria and being men? Alcohol mostly or is there a deeper more effective coping mechanism they do not speak of out loud?
