how is anyone even supposed to voice train anyway? its SOO embarassingi have a roommate and im so scared that if i ever tried to voice train, he'd hear me, or if i did it in the balcony, neighbors would hear meand trying to imitate a female voice with a male voice is quite possibly the most embarassing thing ever after going out in a pink tutu and princess wandthis is literally the only reason i haven't voice trained yet
will you start living or are you too ashamed for that? because you've only got one shot
>>41339378thats the worst part, but just tell them youre gonna do it and it will sound cringe the first months
>>41339378try to ease your way into it. start with just talking more nasally and in a higher pitch, then try to incorporate more female mannerisms, then eventually start bringing in raising of the larynx. if you are too nervous/don't know how to do the last part, start trying exercises in the car, when your roommate is out, go out to a forest or something, there has to be somewhere where you can just make weird noises once a week or so. if you just turn on a fan or the ac or something sometimes that's really all you need to cover up your voice.people will start to assume you're gay, this is a positive step.
does your roommate know your trans? if so, that drastically cuts down on the embarrassment imo. if not, do you have any alone time? like when he’s out, or if you commute by car, you can voice train then and there
>>41339483might sound stupid but im actually not out yet (tho i think he probably has a sneaking susp considering i have A cups) but im getting FFS later this year and im not trying to voice train to actually use my voice right now but in preparation for when ill get FFS
>>41339826Just train when he's gone. thats wat I do
>>41339378ive attempted it and can hold small conversations in fem voice, im thinking of just buckling down and hiring a coach
>>41339826nona, this is /tttt/. not being out to anyone and just boymoding through it all is the norm, it doesn’t sound stupid at all
