Theoretically HRT will affect your hair line to regrow. I remember for body hair the effects take a long time. And for facial hair you're better off getting laser. I think for facial hair the reversal from HRT was negligible but might affect newer growth. For head hair there is a slow and slight amount of regrowth but your mileage might vary.
