Hey guys, I'm going to gym again in the first time in a while. I had ffs and during my recovery my regular gym closed down, I checked out a different place today and it seemed good enough so I'll get a membership there soon. So what workout routine should I start with when getting back into gym? I would like to be generally stronger and to have good endurance as my goals, I don't care about aesthetics aside from not wanting to be visibly muscularOtherwise Anna Karenna is still fun to read, enjoying it. And in a month I will be getting picrel tattooed on my my thigh as my first tattoo so I'm excited for that.

>>41406587Honestly, you have to really try to have visible masculinising muscle. Plus, having some visible muscle isn't a bad thing. Skipping rope can be good for endurance, same with cycling. A rowing machine might be worth trying. I personally think lap swimming is the best for endurance training; it doesn't put pressure on your joints like running does, but sadly being a tranny makes going to a pool comfortably feel impossible kek.
