how much is binge drinking once every few weeks messing with my hrt?
>>
>>41428753
Idc and it doesn't matter, when I hug you and treat you like a good girl. 1 shot of my high t semen will activate your feminine hormones. Don't trink too much my love :/
>>
i binge drink every day
>>
>>41428753
it fucks with normal peoples hormones
but you would have to talk to an endocrinologist to know if it fucks up tranny hormone therapy (they probably dont know either)
>>
>>41429214
same worstie
>>
stop binge drinking dyslexic it wont help
>>
how else am I supposed to accept and act like myself if only for a few hours a day?
>>
>>41429349
it does help it makes me feel nice when my friends cant talk to me. being drunk feels like a hug lowk
>>
>>41428753
drinking is malebrained
>>
>>41429527
picrel is my honest reaction to that
>>
>>41429527
the ancient romans considered alcoholism a woman's vice
they wouldn't drink wine without diluting it with water first
we now know it lowers testosterone in men so... they were kinda right
>>
>>41429527
I don't think drinking is very gendered
>>
>>41429389
just embrace being the worst version of yourself all the time
the only way to get used to the deep stinging mental pain is to experience it constantly
>>41429527
all forms of self harm are fembrained
drinking in moderation is malebrained
>>
>>41429718
but not drinking would be a better version of me... you're presenting me with a bit of a catch22 here desu
>>
>>41429789
how would it be better though. like yea it'd be healthier but you'd also feel worse bc you lose your only cope
assuming you're like me
>>
>>41428753
Every few weeks is certainly better than more often but it's probably not great
We know chronic drinking increases SHBG production in the liver, and it can take a while to come back down. This will lower free E, all else being equal. But I don't know if all else is equal.

Separately alcohol is a metabolic poison. It hijacks your metabolism and forces your liver to deal with the alcohol before it can get back to its regularly scheduled business. Excessive drinking can cause liver fat accumulation and associated metabolic derangements, and it increases visceral fat.

All of the things that seem to have actually worked to accelerate my transition have been things you might do to stay healthy / not get diabetes. Eating healthier food, getting more fiber, exercising, that kind of thing. I think not drinking at all is optimal.
>>
>>41428753
Probably not to any noticeable degree.
>>
>>41430212
first paragraph shouldn't matter on injections though right?
>All of the things that seem to have actually worked to accelerate my transition have been things you might do to stay healthy
but this directly interferes with my end goal which is dying
>>
>>41429214
only reason I dn't do this is cos it's too expensiv
>>
>>41428773
hot I need this
>>
>>41430694
Honestly as not an expert I think people overestimate how much it matters.
I'm on sublingual and my SHBG is a bit high but estrogen seems to be working fine on me. Gonna switch to injections and see if I become completely OP.
Estrogen had the side effect on me that I started actively wanting to live. It was crazy.
>>
>>41432016
idk it's only been a month yet for me but E injections have done literally nothing for me (also still no will to live) except make my nipples slightly tender so i started taking bica as well now

could be brainworms and I'm probably just unlucky but i was wondering if it could be the alcohol lol
>>
>>41432641
Oh damn yeah you definitely need to give it time. One month is literally nothing.
Sorry about the will to live. I hope things get better for you.
I'm coming up on 5 years.

my entire life has disappeared and i didn't even notice. so much time has passed. i'm still not a woman, my dreams are crushed. i feel like i'm mentally returning to being 15 again even though i'm 22. i hate my life so much
>>
>>41437329

I'll take your word for it, but consider the important part of the claim: does alcohol or does alcohol not cause fatty liver and other metabolic derangements that might interfere with someone's transition?
>>
>>41438450
34 is so great really loving it (not even a little bit)
>>
>>41440378
34 is when things finally start going where i want them (i wanna die)
