Is anyone else here a STEM nerd? I know its a stereotype that we are all nerds, I wonder how true it is. I know for a fact we are smarter than /sci/, but by how much?Personally, I am into chemistry/physics and geology with a bit of math and computer stuff (I am not really gigasmart at that math stuff like transbians are though).
I was researching optics at some point, love physics and math.
my masters is in formal methods and type theory
I studied statistics at an Ivy League but I'm a degenerate gooner neet
>>41449692I completed my master's in computer science last year/sci/ was great in like 2015, my favourite boardit's so trash now, but I guess it is a reflection of this site and internet as a whole
Yet another compsci transbian but I work as a kernel developer and I have a pretty good understanding of the physics that goes into EUV, transistors, capacitors and etc if I do say so myself. Of course not to the level of researchers in the area.
>>41449692I'm studying comp sci as one of my majors, but I feel like a poser, and I have no fucking idea what's going on in my classes 50% of the time.
fuck no I hate this nerd shit
>>41449692in getting a degree in stem but I low key hate this shit so much. it's really hard and I haven't gotten any enjoyment out of it in so long.
the coomerest most degenerate transbians are the most knowledgeable people in the world about low level programming
Compsci transbians will free us
I got an imo medal a while back but now I'm failing step iii fuck calculus
>>41449692i was going to get a degree in physics, but my life fell apart and i got stuck in the loony bin for 6 months. is it too late to start uni at 21? I really loved learning about astronomy and how things worked i wish i could try again
>>41454437>21Lol not even close zoomlet, you're not allowed to give up yetMy boss was a random construction worker until he was like 35 or something
