We discovered I had moderate arthritis going on at the age of 30, and all the exercise out of it advice had just been making things worse. This doctor controlled the inflammation and bam, knees are fine save for all the damage they took. Literally no reason this couldn't have happened when I was 16 except doctors are retarded. American medicine, folks.
