Failing to feminizeYes I will be discussing this with a doctor but it’s driving me insane. Believe me; the only thing that helped feminize me is E+CPA. I was initially interested in CPA because it lowers both T levels + blocks the androgen receptors. All other drugs, such as bica, relugolix, etc, literally don’t work on me. On Relugolix, 120mg (highest dose), I had body hair growing fast, erections, and hair shedding, more masculine body and masculine face. On Bica, the same thing. There’s something wrong with the receptors. Now on CPA, I feminize well, no problems there. So why do I need help? Because CPA, the one thing that works for me, causes me liver issues and pain the longer I’m on it. So eventually I’d have to stop. I’ve cycled it on and off with little problems but it is risky. My T levels 67ng/dl E is 337pg/mlComparing literally my photos, CPA I look very feminine, and Religolix, or bica I look very masculine, almost like I detransitioned. I’m looking for thoughts, and what could be happening. And yes I’ve looked into the adrenal glands issue. Please give me thoughts.
>>41465370cpa is a progestin, so it will keep you from producing progesterone. maybe you have excess progesterone thats converting to testosterone? dmpa could be an alternative to cpa
>>41465370if you suppress for long enough can't you do monotherapy, then orchi for the permanent solution? do you know what genetic disorder you have that might be causing this, you might go in for intersex/adrenal disorder testing
>>41465779If I do orchi/id still produce T through the adrenal glands which can be worse, because the mean I was on 120mg of relugolix and it masculinized me despite having low T. No known medical stuff I have.
