if being feminine were to rely on fat distribution, then why do anorexic girls still have a feminine body and anorexic guys still have a masculine body?

Anon it gives you fat in areas that you otherwise wouldnt have developed. I have an eating disorder and it still changed my body/fat, even if just barely. Eating more would help my shape a lot more, as the weight now goes straight to my thighs.
