I recently bought 100mg progesterone and started taking it rectally before sleeping. I feel some sort of slight change to the form of my breasts and that's it mostly. I might also be experiencing some very very slight form of effects on "bottom libido" but that might as well be placebo...
How much should I take for the desired effects?

u take one each night for 30 days. u can up the dose to 200mg each night but it won't last long if u haven't bought much

try it during the day time too.
you might like it for its calm/mood thing.

stick with 100 for now.
after theyre gone you can try doubling up.

thats a 3 month run.
