Soooo what do I do if the one thing holding me back from stealth status is my adams’s apple, which i already had a tracheal shave on which took off as much as safely possible & still didn’t get me far enough? Just get a mastectomy, give up, & go back to faghood? This is a cruel joke. I came so close. It’s not worth it if people can tell I’m a tranny even if it’s just this one thing giving it away.

I'm in the same boat. I've had TWO shaves.If you pass everywhere else, most people won't notice and the ones that do probably aren't going to clock you as trans. It has never been a big issue for me but I understand how anxiety inducing it can be
