how do you get over the horrible stage of growing out ur hair. god it looks fucking horrible but i NEED to grow out my sides properly. should i get a trim or smth?? honestly i dont think i went to a hair salon in 2 years, my memory is pretty foggy.

>>41489395if possible, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to get it trimmed every 6-8 months or so. just to remove split ends which will make your hair healthier. of course this is predicated on having access to a stylist that knows what they’re doing and what you want, as you don’t need to remove more than half an inch. what styles do you wear it in now?

I used to shave my hair (legitimately fits me very well lol ik only tranny ever for whom it's the case) BUT FUCK when I was growing it back out there was a period of time where I looked disgusting like I hadn't looked that odd in years and that destroyed my self esteem and passing too I feel lol which was weird as an otherwise passoid for years Anyway yeah just wait lmao
