these are some insane numbers for democrats. i really hope there’s some faulty surveying going on, less than half the older dems being anti-conversion therapy sucks, and over 40% of younger dems being in favor of banning public school teachers from discussing sexuality feels wild too (maybe a side effect of the “gen z puritan” shit?)

You can see this effect in the higher percentages of young people who support conversion therapy bans and anti-discrimination legislation, things that generationally are too extreme for the boomers but are obvious to zoomers who have grown up with out LGB peers.
