Point is, you get assigned on a really, really good guess to your sex that is investigated only if developmental oddities transpire.

There are intersex people. But they become assigned as well based on proximity because we don't have room for actual "NB"s.

And no, trans people do not migrate sex. They do not develop new reproductive cells.
