In that case, and assuming that you also got the genetics to allow a breast this size, it can take anything from like 2 years to 8 years (just like cis girl puberty). But make sure yo eat wel, count calories, calculate your bmr

When you have way too high levels of estradiol in your body, it begins to convert that into testosterone. The limit of estradiol level you should have depends on your genetics and body, but on average, no one needs more than 400 pg/ml to transition
