So I'm getting ffs soonish(5 months)I'm getting Pretrichial incision for frontal sinus setback, forehead/orbital contouring, brow lift, lip lift, mandibular angle reduction, osseous genioplasty. Should I mention chondrolaryngoplasty or a tracheal shave? I didn't during my consult. Is a tracheal shave that important? What are the risks vs the reward?

Also any other surgeries I should ask about?

uhh iirce tracheal shave has a small risk of totally removing your vocal range? but that's like a small risk. im sorry its not like my area of expertise

Tracheal shave is pretty safe especially compared to what you're having. The reward is that if they do it right, you get rid of your Adam's Apple. It's not VFS where you gamle with muteness to get a chance at a higher voice desu.
