Is it better
>to start hrt skinny and slowly gain weight
or
>be somewhat fat already and let hrt slowly change ur fat distribution?
Is there even a consensus over this topic? I have always heard different things
>>
it’s optimal to start asap and then weight cycle after establishing good levels
>>
obviously the first option, many girls just fail at the gaining weight part

How much weight to cycle? Just gained 7kgs over a couple months, made my titties fatter, now I feel like I wanna lose weight again because although I don't really visually notice a difference seeing the number makes me feel terrible

HRT only affects new fat. Meaning that the preexisting fat in the body will not change. However with proper diet and exercise new fat will distribute on top of where the previous fat patterns are from testosterone puberty. Inject lots of estrogen, drink lots of water, hit the gym or go for long walks a few times a week and eat healthy. You’ll have noticeable changes after a few years.
