sorry, are you taking 1mg of E hemihydrate every 8 hours or are you splitting a 1mg pill into 3 pieces and taking it every 8 hours? because if you're doing the former, 3mg of E hemihydrate sublingually is not low lol (iirc thats like 4mg of estradiol valerate, and you're taking sublingual which gives you higher levels comparing to oral). if you're doing that you're not taking a micro dose, you're taking a normal dose, thats why you're already getting some results (even tho 12.5mg of cypro only two times a week is a bit low, but CPA is very potent anyway. some people take it only 3 times a week and get them T nuked with that)

Yeah you should pull the E out of the needle deadspace before swapping to your injection needle. Otherwise when you inject you fill the space of your new needle with your dose, and that doesn’t get injected either. The way you are doing it right now you actually are wasting 2x the amount that is left in the needle because you have two needles with that much left in them. Also, depending on your dose you can really underdose yourself. My needle deadspace was 0.05mL when I was starting, and I was injecting 0.1mL. So I was only getting half of my E per cycle for like 3 weeks until I caught it.

There any place to get estradiol cream with a relatively lower concentration? The gels are too high concentration to use for my whole face.

I started 5 weeks ago on daily 100mg Spiro, 4mg sublingual Estradiol. At 5 weeks my endo wanted me back in to check my levels, but I just lost my insurance and I can't afford the tests out of pocket. Based on my starting blood levels and my regimen, can anybody here guess if I should be able to reduce my Spiro or increase my estradiol dosage? I've heard you can cut out Spiro once your e levels are good

Estradiol: 22 pg/mL
Testosterone: 657 ng/dL

its hard to know bc some people get T reduction with spiro more easier and some dont. on OP guide for example you see that spiro is listed to be kinda problematic at blocking regular male T levels, and 600ng/dL is on the regular to higher side, and 100mg spiro is not that much, some people take like 200mg. 4mg sublingual, if splited throughout the day (12/12hrs or 8/8/8hrs which can get you more stable levels) is a regular starter dosage.

Yes. Seems to be working, definitely less random/night erections, barely stays hard, clearer cum Etc. Does that mean I can stop Spiro soon or would it be too early? Or up estradiol?

you wont stop taking an antiandrogen, be spiro, cipro or bica, unless you're taking a estrogen dose high enough to supress your testosterone production on its own. thats called monotherapy. the best way to achieve estrogen levels that high is with injections. its very hard to get that with pills, desu i dont even know exactly the dosage you would need to take to achieve that with pills but i believe its something around 8mg. anyway, you're just 5 weeks on HRT. keep taking your 4mg of sublingual E and desu i would even up spiro to 100mg just to be sure, but YMMV. do blood tests as soon as you're able to. its the only way to know if your levels are good enough for your transition. or change to injections if you dont want to keep taking an AA. good luck!!

it depends on how good your endocrinologist is. if he/she knows what their doing, you can follow what they're saying. if they're put you in 2mg EV pills a day + 50mg of cyproterone a day you ignore them and DIY.
basically, always do your research. theres a lot of resource to learn more about HRT and the effect and differente dosages and approaches and methods and etc out there. i follow the DIY path but i use the government gender clinic to blood tests and free AA. unfortunately my endo here is pretty bad so i dont follow her advices
