I also use those salicylic acid pads on my face but especially my nose pores. Also before bed I alternate between using tretinoin and adalpalene every night. I use a ton of that stuff. If I notice my face getting too dry from it I'll take a break for a couple days and slather aquaphor on my face to hydrate it
