I think American Protestants are deluded why ppl don't like themI was in church this morning and they talked about loveBasically the message was:A lot of society only loves ppl if they are worthy. Hollywood only loves young girls, some parents only love a kid when he is successfulBut God/Jesus love us all, even when we were sinners or bad or doing wrong.Which makes sense to me!BUTWhen it comes to gay stuff, when church ppl say "we love u but u have to not be gay bc god doesn't want that" gay ppl, who subscribe to how the world views love, hear "we hate you, you aren't worth loving" '- according to pastorBut I think gay ppl dont care if church ppl SAY thatThey care when church ppl go out of their way to fuck with their livesLike making gay illegalOr trying to stop gay marriageOr kicking gay kids out of house and homeOr forcing gay kids to do conversion therapyAnd its kind of ironic bc their actions speak louder than words. Like, you have "hate the sin, love the sinner" but the very actions of these so called "Christians" shows they themselves do not practice the love of Christ, bc these hostile and anti gay attitudes show they themselves only love those are they deem as worthy. And if ppl aren't worthy, they are punished and beaten down.And thats why gay ppl dont like "Christians"
