>23 MtF LateshitI gym multiple times per week and try watch the amount of calories and fats in what I eat but can't seem to drop any of the belly and hip fat I have. I'm 80kg at 6'1" and feel I could have a more slender frame but can't seem to achieve it. I wanna develop an eating disorder to just drop weight faster so i can actually build muscle or whatever and actually start seeing results.(Don't tell me not to this is 4chan not twitter)

>>41559197you need to count cal harder but e2 also makes your bmr way lower so it might be hard to achieve. I'm 5'8" and I start gaining weight at only 1700kcal. Take tirzepatide, get it from glp1 forum, any of the big vendors. I drink a 60g protein shake with all the vitamins i need every day and a fiber greek jogurt in the evening, and I legimitately sometimes can't even eat the latter as im so full. it really really helps

fat you eat is fat you wear plus it causes insulin resistance, cancer and heart disease. look up ultra low fat way of eating and John McDougall
