Would doing a month long liqued diet be better or not eating/drinking anything but water and electrolytes for 5 days with 3 day breaks for a month be better? Feel free to mention any tips for losing weight fast. FTM and trying to lose my thick thighs. Would like to avoid deathspo levels if I can. Have no idea how to fix my foid hips but hoping bulking up and fat redistribution saves me after I lost everything. Gonna take ostarine to help with muscle retention during the diet but willing to hear out other anabolics/supplements you might recommend.

See my huge brain conclusion was that if I loose a lot of weight to the point almost everything is gone than bulk up and hit the gym fat redistribution and muscle will save me. In the case this doesn't work I no longer put any value on my body so feeding the flesh tumor would be useless. Being a tiny guy was never the issue for me since I was always a short king appreciater for both cis and trans guys. Looking female is the issue. Especially the voice and adam's apple. Maybe losing weight will help with that since the T will stick better.

i personally dont think a liquid diet is better, having to chew your food satiates you more.
i ate mostly unbreaded chicken breast, cans of tuna, fruits and veggies, and soup.
having your food be bland helps you lose control less, but if you can control what you eat then you dont have to do that.
walking at least 10 minutes after every meal helps you not store as much of the calories, and sometimes i would have a walk for dinner.
this was while i was a student and it did affect my grades negatively. if you work full time bring an emergency snack so you dont pass out.
