I am a fat ftm with a bmi of 30. I am not on t at the moment because of family reasons, but when I was on it, I felt as though I was more motivated and less depressed. Now I feel like I’m just eating to escape my problems. It’s been really bad the past couple days. I would like to know any tips you guys may have for losing weight and actually becoming disciplined. I don’t even really necessarily care about any masculinization tips, I mostly just want to get skinny so I can stop hating myself.

Drink double scoop protein shakes with a dessert spoonful of psyllium husk every day, and change nothing else about your behavior.
More complexly, try to prioritise protein over any other macronutrient in your meals (it's really good at releasing GLP1, which is the ozempic hormone). And try to avoid buying something if it's not filling. Consider such foods a waste of money. But you can just get started with double scoop protein shakes. Just make protein your everything. Eat as much protein as possible and you'll just lose weight automatically since you "just" won't want to eat.

You just need to be repulsed by yourself to the point where it will snap you out of your bad habits, if you start test now you're still gonna be a fatass, if you take in more protein along with a load of calories you're still gonna be a fatass. Having self control and being able to tell yourself that enough is enough is what really matters

Weight loss advice is always best when tailored to your specific habits as everyone is different.
For me the big things that worked and that I think can work for everyone is
>replace all non-water drinks with sparkling water (except milk if you're working out)
>lift as it will change your food cravings and also force you to meet protein goals
>limit your high calorie snacks but don't cut them out completely
>stop feeling obligated to finish things, even if you're down 3/4s of a bag of chips when you're not hungry just save it for another time
>if you're going to eat something unhealthy eat raw vegetables first to curb your appetite and limit how much you'll eat
>try not to let yourself get hungry as that is when you'll do something outlandish
>eat three normal meals a day
>just eat less bad shit slowly, don't try to go cold turkey
>avoid refined sugars
>introduce all of this slowly
