>>41571350thats fake lashes. eye shadow color palletes. an eyeliner crayon thing theyre like twisty pens. or it may be some liquid on the wings and a little above the lashes.practice with the dry eyeliners, cause its easier to get a pretty & natural look that way.when you get braver, practice with liquid, cause if you mess up applying liquid you can ruin your whole look and its not fun.and you can get a pretty good look without going liquid. its more natural and soft.

>>41575716Robert Welsh, watch his old videos before he started focusing on makeup drama. I learned most of my eye makeup from him alone. John Maclean is pretty good but for full face kinda things. Then you spec into whatever style of makeup (and eyes) by looking for that type. I.e goth, alt, “baddie”, snatched and whatnot styles of eye makeup I just spam watch <8000 view channels for my specific styles I want to learn. Good luck
