Exercise....? Foods that are very small in calories so you can overindulge without gaining considerable weight? Cooking all your meals so you are forced to put effort into eating instead of snacking?

No fad diets
you dont even have to exercise if you don't want too (it is good for you though)
CICO, simple as. Try and removing tempting foods from your reach and buy filling foods (Protien, fiber, foods high in water content).
Be forgiving of yourself when you fall off the horse (you will) and continue on. You can do it nona. Would recommended pirating noom lessons.

Fastest weight loss method in your opinion?
>>

I just decided to stop eating like a month ago. I just skip like 5 to 7 full meals a week, usually across to to three days. you're burning like 1500-2500 calories by doing nothing and saving money.
>it's hard durrr
so is life. have some willpower

i have lost most weight in my binging and purging times and less weight but still successfully by like not eating more than 1200 calories/day

i find that not eating anything at all after the day starts helps the hunger to not appear and it only appears after i have eaten something in my experience on that day but unfortunately not eating/eating under like 500 calories per day soon causes me to feel like i am dying and like throwing up so if not for that it'd probably just like do that
..so calorie counting is good probably
exercise they say is good but i have never been into doing that

stop buying anything but low calorie, natural, unprocessed, vegan foods and drinks
like coffee and tea without milk and sugar
"eating less" is a myth
everyone eats
it's what you eat
you can't just eat less cookies
in a house full of cookies it's too tempting to eat impulsively
with fruits and veggies, you'll notice you're not even as interested in food unless you're actually hungry
>>
losing weight is easy you're just averse to real food
you'll probably find you save money if you stop going to restaurants and ordering takeout
>>
>>41571938
>develop bulimia
this doesn't even work, retard
black tea, black coffee
>>
>>41572063
sounds retarded
a food being liquid doesn't make it healthier
just drink actually water and eat plants
why are people so stupid
>>
>>41572794
literally does if you do it right

Buddy thinks I value my health rather than losing weight lmao

The best thing you can do is learn how to control your eating habits. Don't take seconds, eat smaller portions of carbs, don't snack between meals, eat more fiber, etc. Cardio is also great for your heat and burning calories, find ways to work even a small amount of extra walking into your day. It's hard but the core of it all is building healthier habits and expanding them
