ok hear me out what if you could make your hips wider by putting a metal block or something similar between your legs (with cushions so it doesnt hurt) so that it forces them apart but then get a caliper thingy on your lower legs right above the knee and tighten it (picrel basically)? you wouldnt do it super hard and it would be a slow process so you dont break your legs out of their sockets or something but would it work?? it seems like it would... someone tell me why it wouldnt work and help improve my (patent pending) invention if so

joints and bones aren't magic you can't shape them without fucking their function. its all connected. hip to leg to knee. you move the hip you change the angle of the knee which changes how the leg connects to that joint and so on all the way up and down your body and keep in mind that angular changes at a given point are magnified with distance

That's stupid. After a certain age the epiphyseal plates of long bones like the femur close and things like this would just be putting stress on pure bone. if done earlier, the epiphysieal plates would still be growing cartilage and undergoing ossification, so would maybe be affected by this. but at that age estrogen would be more effective, as it would tell your cell to build the pelvis in a more typically female way (ie wider, with the femur sitting to the side rather than under). This would just fuck your hips and legs up probably.

just do banded hip abductions and other stuff so u strengthen ur hip and pelvic floor muscles and ligaments and stretch a lot and work on feminine posture so that ur hips naturally realign to be wider

bcs it just does idk. do a ton of child’s poses and cat cows and twists. and make sure to stretch tfl and all that. it helps open everything up. and u strengthen everything so it holds itself more open.
