The nasal tip issue in particular is easy to solve as it is all soft tissue. Other than that, your jaw width is slightly too large (though this is mainly caused by your face being narrow in general) so a conservative reduction of the mandible would be advisable, but not a priority. Your brows are fairly weak, but like pretty much all MTF shaving it down slightly would help.
