I don't think it is understandable. I'm mtf and I never hated cis women. I already thought I should have been female as a kid so I resented males if anything for existing, but identified with cis women. Hating cis women as an MTF seems backward to me and I don't get it. I only get it if you read hours of transphobic hatred from cis women online and associate it with them, but that would just make me not identify with anyone.
