I’ve been on hrt for abt a week now patches ,0.05 mg /day(I use 2) and I was at my desk and all of a sudden I started blacking out and shaking for like 30 seconds is there smth wrong with me lo key freaked out

You're not conscious during a seizure except potentially with focal seizures, but you're still in an altered consciousness during that.
