I was pretty distracted because like 10 minutes prior this red 90s mustang with temporary tags pulls up RIGHT behind me I mean SO fucking close and there was a wall of cars in the left lane so he waited to pass me and he came up on me initially REALLY fast and I was scared and I accidentally braked when he came up behind me and I could have had an accident and I called 911 to report his driving and I was just overall spooked by that and not paying full attention.
