What's with ftms that go by she/her and claim they have various mental illnesses like autism while showing no symptoms? I made friends (as an autist boymoder) with a ftm in my neighberhood but she ghosted me because I was too clingy or something (I never got a clear explanation) and when I tried to apologize and explain that autism makes me less aware of social boundaries she assumed I was making an excuse since she's autistic and isn't like that. Are there really people that will just claim to have real mental illnesses so they can larp as the oppressed? Or are ftms just bad at communication for whatever reason? I hate to assume someone is lying about their experiences but I feel like I ran into the former rather than the later.
