this is just heterosexual reality trying to assert itself over a violation of its norms. each act is an attempt to correct deviant behaviour, in the same way they like to try and rape lesbians straight and throw gays off roof tops or hang them or put tires over them. love and loathing are gendered positions and were not allowed to reject that.
