this is a serious post i actually have a face like that... my face is wide and my side profile is weird and flat with my chin and cheeks protruding from my face, and i also have a hairline like that..
>>
>>41697322
Unlikely, because masculinization is systemic, and so ffs usually results in a feminized face on a masculinized body.
>>
>>41697330
ironically my body is fine i even plugged all my numbers in to that bonepill website and it was all within cisf averages
>>
>>41697333
You and every other twinkhon and self-claimed passoid.
>>
>>41697352
what does it matter anyways id rather have a female face on a male body than a male face on a male body
>>
>>41697355
It matters because you presumably don't want to end up in the uncanny valley. A cis woman with a fairly androgynous body and not much in the way of curves is probably not going to have a hyperfeminine face.
>>
>>41697355
this. we can wear clothes on our entire body, but not allowed to cover face entirely at all times.
>>
>>41697367
they also probably dont look like picrel either.. i still think ffs would be good if it will even do anything
>>
>>41697377
Just be prepared for it to look worse before it looks better. There can be a lot of swelling which takes time to go down.
>>
>>41697389
will it even do anything though? every ffs timeline ive ever seen was so subtly different, they basically look exactly the same before and after
>>
>>41697389
the swelling made look better wish could keep it like that

get face fillers
>>
>>41697398
It depends on what you get done. Likely you'd perceive a bigger change in your face than other people would, because you know exactly what features you dislike about your current face.
>>
>>41697413
needs to be implants. HA fillers dissolve too fast and silicone injections spread through face
>>
>>41697424
can they even fix my hairline and whatever is going on with my cheeks? ffs surgeons seem so conservative. is it even physically possible?
>>
>>41697448
if you have a normal young guy hairline they can achieve amazing results. for cheeks they usually have to use fat grafts or implants to change the shape. these are less standard than the jaw and forehead ffs
>>
>>41697462
>normal young guy hairline
its a bit worse than most, literally like picrel i dont know what else to tell you. everyone in my family has quite a high hairline already and then it masculinized a little bit before i trooned
>fat grafts or implants
noo its like the bones underneath are too wide or something. maybe im completely misunderstanding how the structure of my face works
>>
>>41697480
if its picrel then you are all good for hair. midface bone in either direction is hell for us and i have not found a solution, there might be surgeons for this, but i dont know
>>
>>41697494
ja, hairlines can be suprisingly bad and still turn out ok if you don't comb it like an idiot
>>
>>41697494
thats what i feared about my midface. its probably the thing that bothers me the most besides my hairline
>>41697500
>don't comb it like an idiot
anon were talking about surgery not hairstyles.... i already have bangs precisely to hide my horrible hairline
>>
>>41697500
also that you can fill in your hairline a lot with transplants if you have that much hair still. also looked it up, there are cheek feminizationers, i just dont know their reputation
>>
>>41697510
linking an example to get you started in search https://www.drkeojampa.com/zygoma-cheek-bone-reduction/
dunno what theyre like
>>
>>41697526
interesting... no clue what the results look like or if my insurance will even cover this lol
>>
>>41697542
if it exists there should be other surgeons. i cant see americans anyway since no insurance, so go elsewhere for 1/5 the price.
>>
>>41697557
id probably go to thailand or wherever too if i wasnt on my dads insurance rn lol
>>
>>41697494
lmao zygoma reduction is a standard ffs procedure because men have more pronounced cheekbones than women. op will be fine
>>
>>41697577
good to know. none of the surgeons i saw ever offered it so never came up before.
