>>41700575it really depends on the person but my personal sweet spot is the higher end of normal BMI. below like BMI 22 i lose curves, above BMI 26 or so i get to a point where the fat shows up in places i don't really want it like upper arms, face, etc. BMI 24-25 looks good on me as long as i'm exercising and being healthy. i carry extra weight well though. my more narrow built mtf friends can pull off being skinny but would probably look fat very quickly if they put on weight, being below BMI 22 makes more sense for them.
