do mtfs get an orgasm when they dilate? arent they putting a vibrating stick inside their pussy?
>>
Dilators don't vibrate, but it's possible to orgasm from stimulating the prostate with a dilator.

Takes like a year i heard for the nerves to hesl

I've always wondered this too. Like some ciswomen love getting stretched to their max, why wouldn't it be the same with tranners?

no not really for the same reasons a straight guy cant jerk off to gay porn.

because during the time you are dilating (1yr post op) sensation has not fully returned. Also there is no clitoral stimulation. Would you cum from holding your dick shaft tightly for 15 minutes with no movement and a butt plug on your prostate. Also for the first 3ish months it hurts. Also you have to do it often so it gets old fast. Its just not an arousing sensation (although I have masturbated while dilating a few times)
>t. post op since 2021
