the clothes aren't a big deal though. spend 2 hours at nordstrom if you're really that hard up for fits. women's officewear is the same as men's except you wear higher waisted pants that dig straight up your ass at all times. also watch out, if you wear any undies with a defined elastic you WILL have visible lines. it's useful to have a cute pair of flats anyway they go with a lot of looks. the shirt is basically the same as a men's buttondown but the buttons are backwards and the material is softer. you can also get away with wearing a sweater. frankly women's officewear is pretty cozy, just dont show up wearing a miniskirt and high heels and nobody is going to put a video of you online.

if it's some low tier wagie job like retail. I'll put my hair up, wear a basic make up look, wear any top that isn't a tshirt /hoodie, or to edgy and a good pair of jeans/dress pants and just show up that way. And maybe a necklace or something.

if it's like an entry career type job I think I'd do a solid color button up and and dress pants. NGL there's a lot of options, but the types of woman's skirts and pants that are professional give me to much old lady vibes and it icks me. And I honestly kind of like button up seven if it's "male brained". And then again do something with hair and basic makeup

nice part is this is pretty cheap to pull together like just go to the thrift store find some dress pants and a button up or any shirt that makes you think boring office type person.
