Hi, I'm a cis woman with a partner who is a trans woman and I'd like to ask a few questions about normal reactions to HRT. Does gyno, in thin males, tend to indicate above average breast development? My partner is thin but has always had small "buds" under their nipples. After starting HRT, these developed quite quickly into female breasts. By 3 months, they'd reached a full C cup and now, 1 year on HRT, they're a large 32DD and still growing (while maintaining a thin build over all). Curious what people know about this because the only other transwomen I know both plateaued at large As / small Bs and ended up getting breast augmentation.
