is opengatelabs sublingual e safe to swallow? i used to take oral valerate and i switched to sublingual but it's not as good for me so far. i asked ai and it said that sublingual has higher peaks and lower troughs and that oral can raise shbg more and also increase water retention from the liver. i only need to take like 1mg because im nb and sensitive to e so i dont think the liver is a big issue. ai was suggesting 0.5mg oral in the morning and then 0.5mg sublingual at night

are your levels good? EV isnt really meant for weekly shots (EEn is better for that). its more recommended to do it every 4 or 5 days

Hey all. Currently about to switch from 3mg Sublingual E + 12.mg/day CPA, to 5mg EEn. Is it safe to keep taking my old regimen after my first injection? Plan is to keep taking it and stop once a full week passes, where the E from the loading EEn dose would take over as the main force of feminization.

if you take 100mg of a drug with a 12hr half life every day you will have a have more of it in your system at the time of your next dose than if you were to take the same drug every 72 hours.

I live in an informed consent state. Daily dosage:

8mg of EV subilingually is a high dose for pills, you're not being hondosed. but i would try to split it in 3x a day, like 2mg in the morning, 2mg in the afternoon and 4mg at night bc of the sublingual short half-life
you can take 200mg of progesterone, its fine, but you should take it rectally. the absortion is so much better than orally. even if you kept taking the same dosage but rectally you would probably feel difference already.
idk for sure about spiro, but i know people that take CPA that can stop taking it once they start taking progesterone because it will supress your T too. you could try doing some research on that.

but anyway, tldr: try to split your E in like 3 times a day instead of 2 and take your prog, either 100 or 200mg, rectally

your levels are probably not that bad because of two incomes of estradiol (afaik 0.035mg of EE is the same as 2mg of EV) and 2 incomes of antiandrogen. which as i said, its not nice. try as much as you can to stop taking diane and then do as i said, double your EV pills and you will probably need to double your spiro too because once you stop taking diane you will stop taking the cyproterone from it
