>>41849814sorry this is my first time purchasing HRT i meant 2mg in 0.5 splits, and 25mg dosage of spiro (im not settled on spiro or already on spiro, i could change if necessary) because thats what the guide says for a first time dose.i could probably afford cypro if necessaryi would definitely consider injections but the guide confuses me a bit, im not sure what the numbers mean, how needles work and where to get them, how to inject, vs just swallowing a pill of an easily identifiable dosage. i think pills seem easier but if you really recommend it i would definitely do injectionsare there any good resources on injections other than just the picrel? i checked the guide in the links but it seems to be pill-focused toosorry for the basic questions i am new
>>41849848yes. you're young. you will be a tall woman. just like all the tall cis woman out there.>>41850057oh so you're pre-hrt. ok25mg of spiro will be pretty low. i dont have much experience with spiro. but people usually take 100-200mg per day of it. alternatives would be 12.5mg daily of cyproterone acetate (after a while you can even take it every other day, i used to do that and my T was at ~20ng/dL) or 50mg of bicalutamide.you can start with 2mg of EV per day sublingually, its a ok started dosage. but stay in that dosage for like, one month or 5/6 weeks, you know? then up it to 4mg. you would keep at that until like 4/5/6 months and then you would up it to 6mg (always spliting it throughout the day)injections arent difficult. we have two standards dosages. if EV injections, 4mg every 4/5 days. if estradiol enanthate injections, 5mg every 7 days. ofc you should do blood tests and then adjust the dosages because every body can be different, but thats the standard. i cant explain much more rn because i will need to leave rn, but there are other anons here that can help you. do you research on OP links and these sites i will write below tooyou can find more info on these sites too:https://diyhrt.markethttps://hrtcafe.net/index.htmlhttps://transfemscience.org
What's a good alternative to otomoko since they're currently out of stock on everything
