If so, by how much, after how long did you start to notice, and what form of estrogen were you taking?
>>
>>41898613
Any height loss on estrogen is due to ligament weakening resulting in anterior pelvic tilt. It's typically a bad thing because your spine did not grow for that position.

Claims of losing multiple inches of height on estrogen are fanciful, though.
>>
>>41898613
this guy told me im not 5'7 when we were standing next to each other but i dont believe in hon science so i told him to fuck off
>>
>>41898648
it's not just pelvic tilt i am pretty sure
>>
>>41898648
I lost 2 inches on estrogen and 4 shoe sizes
>>
>>41898613
I think I gained height honestly. before my transition I was 5'11" now I get guys that are multiple inches shorter than me telling me they're 6 foot
>>
>>41898701

>>
>>41898717
>I get guys that are multiple inches shorter than me telling me they're 6 foot
lmao thats a really good joke
>>
>>41898721
I was 5'7" and had size 11 in mens shoes and now I'm 5'5" and size 6.5. Yeah I thought it was absolute honscience as we but my old clown shoes say otherwise
>>
>>41898613
3/4" over a year (I think it stopped)
4x .1mg/day patches + 200mg prog oral
>>
>>41898831
thank you for actually listing the kind of e you were taking but u forgot to say how tall you were before it
>>
>>41898721
I went down from a men's 11 to a women's 10, but part of that was also losing weight.
>>
>>41898822
Oh I take injections 4 mg once per week and my levels are 230 at trough, 11 T monotherapy
>>
>>41898937

>>
>>41898999

>>
>>41898613

>>41899023

>>
>>41899034

>>
>>41898648

There is nothing wrong with APT if you don't have back pain and if you do have back pain there are exercises to help it.

It's normal for women to have some APT, cis or trans.

it's only been like an inch, I noticed a little over a year in
>>
>>41899346
HOW TALL WERE YOU BEFORE OMFG
>>
>>41898613
Surely losing height would just make your shoulders proportionally more broad?
>>
>>41899483
being shorter is better than having slightly wider shoulders also ur shoulders shrink too
>>
>>41898613
i've taken 8mg sublingual pills for about 4.5 years and while my height went up from 5'4" to 5'6", my shoe size went down by like 2 sizes from a womens 11 to a womens 9
>>
No
Im 6"7 mtf haven't lost. If anything im a few cm taller
>>
>>41898648
>>41898721
It's not uncommon, especially if youre all cartilage and when youre a tallhon. I lost 2" in height and dropped from my size in a men's shoe to the same size number in womens.
>>
>>41899435

waow this is probably larp but i choose to believe its true!
>>
>>41898613
i shrunk 1 inch, from 5'11 to 5'10. i'm not sure if it was a full inch or if it was just enough to get me under the threshhold, maybe it was just half an inch, i don't know. all i know is that i was measured before at 5'11 and i've been measured since at 5'10.

i noticed about a year in and i take injections
>>
>>41900940
Tbh... Probably true

>>
>>41901053
My torso used to be longer Yeh, I distinctly remember not being able to reach my pockets on my pants when I was younger
>>
>passport says 170

Wauw, d-dood
>>
>>41901066
oh ok well then i think u just got rly good ligament reduction and u have a big torso so more like things to shrink or whatever or something idk desu but it seems ur experiences are well outside of the norm

heightluckshit assuming ur a dood

Any change in height during transition is purely due to not measuring height the way men do anymore.
Here's an example - as a male, you might say, well, with my shoes, I'm almost 5'10, so I might as well add one and say 5'11. When in reality, you were always 5'7''.
When you transition you no longer have any incentive to do this nonsense because you're not insecure about being short any more. As a matter of fact, you have an incentive to bend the truth in the opposite direction. So you tend to measure more fairly, or even unfairly in the opposite direction.

ANY TIME YOU SEE A TRANS WOMAN SAYING SHE LOST MULTIPLE INCHES OF HEIGHT, IT IS THIS. THEY HATE ME BECAUSE I TOLD THE TRUTH.
>>
>>41901104
this is wrong
>>
>>41901126
Listen. I'm not saying you couldn't lose, maybe, an inch. That's reasonable from the ligament shrinking stuff.

But MULTIPLE INCHES? That's just because you're not lying about your height like an insecure manlet anymore. PERIOD.
>>
>>41901135
i agree with you
>>
>>41901043
what's the two marks on top?
>>
>>41901156
My brother and my dad
>>
I lose an inch of height just by staying awake, the spine compresses throughout the day and straightens out overnight.
>>
>>41898613
no i experienced heightloss on osteoporosis spine fractures; years before hrt (caused by repeated prednisone to stop my intestines bleeding every time i was hospitalized from blood loss from said bleeding)

from 5'8 to 5'5; plus free grotesque spine deformity and endless severe pain to this day; but atleast i can still walk and only needed a walker for about 9mo iirc

still need wheelchair sometimes if significant walking or standing is required (airports mostly but id probably take it shopping too im just embarassed and scared to run into someone; plus my little power chair is kinda loud)
>>
I'm still 6'2, the same exact height
