At the very least get on Finasteride to stop the disastrous effects of DHT. Dealing with T itself isn't too bad, but DHT will rapidly make transition a lot harder, and it will hit you out of nowhere. I'm 31, just starting now, and still get ma'am'd in public, so trust me, you still have time. 35 is about the cutoff before major expensive surgeries are required, at least for most people. Just don't do what I did and wait till the dysphoria makes you try to kill yourself.

Otherwise, dressing fem and also a more feminine posture and mannerisms. Posture can be fixed through exercise and more graceful mannerisms through yoga, pilates, and dance. All p unintrusive.
