everytime i posted my shoulder measurements here i ended up just lengthening them a little bit to the point i thought they were 17.5-18 inches but they are apparently actually 16.25-16.5

Trannoes almost never measure shoulders correctly. If you get a number that should pass but you don't pass irl then guess what dummy, the number is probably wrong.
