i frequently have severe panic attacks lasting for hours where i want to either kill myself over my appearance or slice my manface open with razors and i don't really know how to calm myself down anymore

forget it, i can't get meds. public psychiatry basically doesn't exist in this country anymore if you're only getting on a waitlist now and i'm too poor to go private. i went to the psych ward this year after overdosing and i had cuts literally all over my face and body, they basically dumped me on the side of the road after a week without further monitoring. the only psychiatrist i could find didn't listen to a word i said and put me on some jewish SSRI that made me develop mania.
